Sample Letters and Government Applications:

Here are a few sample letters that will at least give you an idea on how to start.
All .pdf files will open in your browser. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view them.
The forms can all be filled out online, but must be printed it out. They cannot be sent electronically.
